With a career spanning several decades across construction and the natural stone industry, Vassilis Ntogkas brings extensive hands-on experience in site supervision, construction coordination, and project execution. From 2022 to 2026, he contributed to construction and renovation projects in Paros, including a 40-room hotel complex in Ambelas and the development and refurbishment of private villas.

His professional background also includes extensive experience in marble and granite processing, production, sales, and exports, providing him with a strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and operational requirements. Combining technical expertise with a practical, solutions-oriented approach, Vassilis oversees daily site activities, coordinates contractors and technical teams, monitors construction progress, and ensures that work is carried out to the required quality standards. His commitment to organization, efficiency, and effective collaboration supports the successful delivery of construction projects at every stage.

Core Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership: Manages specific crews or trades, such as framing, concrete, or electrical teams, on construction sites. Assigns daily tasks, schedules workers, and keeps crews motivated and productive.
• On-Site Supervision: Reads blueprints, ensures accurate work execution, and conducts quality inspections.
• Safety Enforcement: Leads daily safety briefings (toolbox talks) and enforces compliance with safety standards.
• Logistics & Reporting: Manages site materials and tools, tracks daily progress, and reports to project superintendents or managers.
