Merve Eseoğlu is the Sales Director at Santheos, specializing in real estate investment, particularly the preferences and trends of international buyers in Greece.
Having lived in Athens for the past five years, Merve previously worked as a lecturer at a private foundation university in Istanbul. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, followed by Master’s degrees in Finance and Management & Organization. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Management and Organization.
Combining her academic background with extensive sector experience, Merve has developed particular expertise in understanding the expectations, preferences, and investment decision-making patterns of international investors seeking real estate opportunities in Greece.
