Maria Siopi

Maria Siopi serves as Aftersales & Back Office Supervisor at Santheos, coordinating post-purchase services and supporting the smooth operation of property management activities.

She oversees property delivery, ensuring that each apartment is completed and handed over in accordance with the buyer’s requests, selections, and agreed specifications. Her responsibilities also include coordinating leasing procedures, communicating with owners and tenants, following up on maintenance requirements, and managing day-to-day property-related operational matters.

Working closely with the Legal, Construction, Accounting, Sales, and Immigration teams, Maria supports clear communication and timely coordination across departments, helping maintain a consistent standard of service throughout the aftersales process.

She holds a degree in Balkan, Slavic and Oriental Studies, with a specialization in Economics, and speaks Greek, English, and German.
