Core Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership: Supervising crews and trades, assigning daily tasks, coordinating work schedules, and supporting productive teamwork on site.
• On-Site Supervision: Reading construction drawings, checking that work is carried out accurately, and conducting quality inspections.
• Safety Enforcement: Leading daily safety briefings and reinforcing compliance with site safety standards.
• Logistics & Reporting: Coordinating site materials and tools, tracking daily progress, and reporting to construction supervisors and managers.
